It comes from Naples and it is beyond comforting! Did I mention this is KETO friendly?!! Stock your refrigerator with organic carrots, celery, onion, no salt butter, EVOO, sea salt, sprigs of fresh rosemary and 1-2 lbs. of beef or a turkey leg and cook with me on Nov. 29th!

I have never published my recipe for “Spaghetti aglio e olio con i gamberi” but here are the ingredients. Follow along and make it at home!
1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic–fresh
1/4 cup finely chopped parsely
1 medium tomato
1 lb. wild-caught shrimp peel on is better.
1/4 teaspoon salt
red pepper flakes to add some heat
